The hike starts from the Kanach Tun, from where a 3.5 km forest trail leads to “Lastiver Anapat”. The hike takes approximately 4\u20135 hours (including time spent exploring the area). Along the way, breathtaking views of nature captivate nature enthusiasts and adventure tourists eager to combine pleasure with benefit.<\/p>

During the hike, tourists can visit the cave-Anapat located within the Lastiver area, see the Sarnajur River, and admire the river\u2019s large and small waterfalls, all while passing through the lush Tavush forest. The cave, situated on the slope of a gorge, is accessible via a wooden staircase built by locals, resembling a raft. According to local legends, this resemblance inspired the name “Lastiver” (meaning “up on the raft”).<\/p>
